Question 1

Is submitting the form a confirmed booking?

Accepted Answer

No. You choose a departure slot with live seats and pay a deposit when you book. The flight is confirmed when all 4 seats are paid by the cutoff (the day before the flight); otherwise your deposit is refunded.

Question 2

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay a deposit at booking through our secure online payment page, charged in Egyptian pounds. The remaining balance is due when the group of 4 closes (all 4 seats paid); for private flights and the day trip, once your booking is confirmed. If the shared flight does not reach 4 paid seats by the cutoff, you choose a full refund of the deposit or another date.

Question 3

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge more than 48 hours before the flight: what you paid is refunded or moved to the new date. Cancellations 48 hours or less before the flight, late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. Refunds are made in Egyptian pounds to the original payment method.

Question 4

What is the difference between shared and private?

Accepted Answer

Shared pricing is per selected seat and may involve other guests. Private pricing covers the entire four-seat helicopter. Final departure conditions are confirmed by the team.

Question 5

Is hotel transfer included?

Accepted Answer

No transfer is included in the displayed flight price. You can request transfer information and the team will confirm availability and price.

Question 6

Where does the flight depart from?

Accepted Answer

The exact meeting point and map link are sent with confirmed flight instructions. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the confirmed time.

Question 7

Are the published routes guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. They are indicative sightseeing descriptions. Routing, distance, visibility and timing can change for safety, weather, airspace or operational reasons.

Question 8

What happens in unsuitable weather?

Accepted Answer

The flight team makes the final decision. If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a new date (what you paid is carried over) or a full refund.

Question 9

How many passengers can fly?

Accepted Answer

The helicopter has four passenger seats for adults and children aged two or older. Up to two approved infants under two years may also travel on accompanying adults’ laps without separate seats.

Question 10

Can children or infants fly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to operational review. Children aged two or older occupy a seat. A maximum of two infants under two may travel on accompanying adults’ laps without separate seats, subject to restraint and weight-and-balance approval.

Question 11

When do you need passenger weights?

Accepted Answer

The booking collects each passenger’s weight for operational weight-and-balance review. Accurate weights are required before the flight can be confirmed.
