If you cancel
- More than 48 hours before your flight: cancel or change for free.
- 48 hours or less before your flight: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
If we cancel
- Weather or safety: you choose a new date or a full refund.
- The group of 4 does not close: you choose a full refund of your deposit or another date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in Egyptian pounds (EGP) to your original payment method. They usually take 2–14 business days to arrive.
