Confirmed guests receive reporting instructions and are asked to arrive early for identity checks, passenger verification and a professional pre-flight briefing. - 02
Weight-and-balance planning
Individual passenger weights are collected in the booking request. This private information supports aircraft weight-and-balance planning and must be accurate. The operating team may adjust seating, timing or eligibility based on operational limits. - 03
Weather, visibility and airspace
Helicopter sightseeing is subject to weather, visibility, airspace approval and other operational requirements. A scheduled time is not a guarantee that a flight will operate. If conditions are unsuitable, the approved rescheduling or cancellation policy applies. - 04
Children and infants
Children aged two years or older occupy a passenger seat. A maximum of two infants under two years may be requested per flight on accompanying adults’ laps without separate seats, subject to operational, restraint and weight-and-balance approval. - 05
Health and accessibility
Guests with mobility, health, pregnancy or accessibility questions should describe their needs before confirmation. The website does not provide medical advice; individual suitability must be assessed through the appropriate professional and operating team.
